W4674 WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 RIFLE IN 38 WCF; 24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 38 WCF caliber with a bright shiny near excellent bore. Barrel and full length magazine tube have thinning blue with edge wear on the right side while fading to a little more brown/blue on the left side. Replacement sights include a beaded blade front and sporting rear. Receiver has good blue in the protected areas with the balance worn or fading to gray at the carry point. Loading gate is a blue/gray. Hammer and lever are a blue/gray. Crisp action. Walnut forearm has some wear and handling mars. Buttstock has some handling mars with a rifle style buttplate. Manufactured in 1917.
