W3463 WINCHESTER MODEL 1890 2ND MODEL SLIDE ACTION RIFLE IN CALIBER 22 SHORT; Standard 24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 22 Short caliber with a very good bore. Barrel has most original blue remaining. Sights include a bead front sight with a flat top rear sight and Lyman tang sight. Case hardened frame and crescent buttplate have faded to a grey/brown color with good traces of color in the protected areas. Hammer shows some color as well. Wood retains a good amount of original finish with some dings and mars. Nice action. Gun was made in 1900.
