MHG1073 TOM WESTON REPLICA OF A HOPKINS & ALLEN VEST POCKET DERRINGER; Scarce Hopkins & Allen “Parrot Head” Vest Pocket derringer made by Tom P. Weston in Mexico City, Mexico possibly in the 1950’s. Fully functional and shoots a 2mm rim fire cartridge. 1-3/4 inch smoothbore barrel. The steel parts are finely polished blue and lightly scroll engraved with a border. The tip of the trigger is serrated. There is a button on the left rear of the frame that when pushed forward releases the barrel to pop up for loading. Two piece rosewood grips are in excellent condition. The left side of the barrel hand engraved with the Hopkins & Allen barrel address. Very high quality and in excellent condition. Weston was famous for his Colt and Winchester Miniatures but he also made others as well.
