LT3001 SCARCE MARLIN 1881 LOADING TOOL IN 40-60; Marlin Firearms Co. Loading Tool with Patent date Oct. 4, 1881 in caliber 40-60. Tool is serial #1401 and features a three groove flat nose cavity mold. Tool functions as a de-capper, re-capper, case mouth straightener, seating tool, and crimper. Hard to find and in great condition with lots of bright blue and good markings. A rare opportunity for the loading tool or Marlin collector.
