F1038 AMERICAN FLASK & CAP CO. PLAIN POWDER FLASK; Number 206 in Riling’s book. Adjustable charger with 4 graduations on an inside spring patented top. 4 eyelets. 6-3/4 inches from the bottom of the body to the bottom of the charger. Flask has a dark copper patina and some small dents in the body.
