C424 ENGRAVED ETCHED PANEL COLT NEW LINE REVOLVER IN CALIBER 41 RF; 5 shot spur trigger revolver features a 2-1/4 inch barrel with “COLT NEW 41” faintly on the left side and Hartford CT address on the top. Scroll engraving on either side of the address. Good bore with some light pitting. Finish has turned mostly grey with traces of blue in protected area. The same scroll work continues through out the frame and cylinder. Frame has traces of case color with most of the finish turning a grey/brown. Mother of Pearl grips are in very good condition. Mechanically excellent. Made in 1875.
