C384 COLT BISLEY MODEL FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER REVOLVER IN 44 WCF CALIBER; 7-1/2 inch round barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber with a very good bright shiny bore with strong rifling. Barrel has turned a mottled gray patina with slight traces of original blue in the protected areas. Traces of blue on the cylinder flutes remain. The left side of the barrel is stamped “(BISLEY MODEL) COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER”. Case colored frame and hammer are mostly a grey color. Left side of the frame shows the Rampant Colt logo. Matching numbers on the frame, trigger guard and rear grip strap. Hard rubber checkered grips show some smoothing and wear but fit good. Action needs attention. Nice old Bisley made in 1908. There were only 6.803 Colt Standard Frame Bisley Models were made in 44 WCF caliber.
