W4628 RESTORED WINCHESTER MODEL 1885 HIGH WALL RIFLE IN DESIRABLE 50 EX CALIBER; 30 inch part octagon No. 4 weight barrel chambered in 50 Express caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a gold Beech combination front with a blank in the rear and a tall long rang folding tang. Most all of the professionally restored blue finish remains with sharp crisp markings on  the barrel. Case hardened High Wall receiver has most all of the bright vivid restored colors remaining with a set trigger that functions correctly. Strong colors on the hammer and lever as well as the breech block. Varnished walnut stocks are very fine. There are two small plugged holes on the forearm that are done so well they are nearly impossible to see. Stock has a very fine crack coming off the crescent buttplate. This is just a beautiful big bore 50 Express single shot Winchester that has been professionally restored and looks just like it would have in 1889.
