26 inch octagon barrel. Nickel silver blade sporting front sight with V-notch sporting rear. Color case hardened single shot rolling block action, forearm tip and buttplate. Plain walnut forearm with matching straight grip “perch belly” buttock. Barrel shows most of the original deep blued finish. Bore is bright and shiny with decent rifling and a few small areas of light pitting just ahead of the chamber. Case colors on the action remain bold and vibrant with the forearm tip and buttplate remaining strong but show just slight fading with still bright colors. The stocks show only light wear with a few scattered handling marks. Very attractive No. 2 with spectacular case colors remaining!
