W4475 EXPERIMENTAL WINCHESTER MODEL 69 BOLT ACTION RIFLE FOR 22 S, L or LR [M]; This experimental Model 69 was built between 1935 and 1963, and features a 25 inch tapered round barrel, a cock on close action, a hooded bead on ramp front sight with the rear sight mounted to the receiver and a Mossberg scope in an adjustable mount. This gun has a number of tags showing it was part of the Winchester Museum collection prior to being given to Norm Flayderman for his appraisal of the museum before its move to Cody, WY. Excellent condition overall with nearly all of the original finish and minor handling evidence. The stock is very good with a small crack at the right of the forend and a few pressure marks. Mechanically excellent. Scope optics are hazy.
