W3776 WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 TAKEDOWN RIFLE IN CALIBER 25-20; 24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 25-20 WCF caliber with a very good bright shiny bore. Front sight has a replacement blade and a sporting rear. Barrel and mag retain about 40-50% blue that is toning some. Receiver is mostly a plum/brown color with the original finish having flaked due to the high nickel content of the frame. Nicely grained walnut stocks are in very good condition with a good amount of original varnish and a rifle style buttplate. Crisp action and a special order Takedown frame. This a nice little rifle in a scarce caliber.
