W3151 ANTIQUE HENRY RIFLE; 24 inch barrel chambered in 44 RF caliber. Has a good bore with strong rifling and good shine. Barrel has a mottled gray finish with some fine pitting. Original sights. Brass receiver has a nice patina and looks good. Appears to have a filled hole on top of the frame and both tangs look to be repaired and are solid. There is also a small hole in the right side of the frame. No explanation. Walnut stock looks good and has been refinished. Correct sling swivels. Action functions correctly but there is lever droop. A good example of an entry level Henry made in October of 1865.
ANTIQUE $ 23,500.
