W3045 WINCHESTER 1873 EARLY 3RD MODEL RIFLE IN CALIBER 44-40; 24 inch round barrel and full length mag tube. Excellent bore. Original sights. Wood is very good with just a few light handling mars. Rifle style buttplate. Barrel and mag retain most all of the original bright blue. Receiver also has a good amount of bright blue. Strong traces of case color on the hammer and lever.Mechanics are crisp and the dust cover is tight. Very nice old 44-40 Winchester from 1883.
