Blade front sight and stepped base rifle-style rear. Breech block is marked “1873” and retains a large percentage of original thinning case colors. Near excellent wood fits very well and has an arsenal marking on the right side of the stock in red paint reading “0 / 14 / 58.” Leather sling and all markings are very good to excellent including the stock cartouche dated 1883.
