Featuring a 26 inch 20 Gauge shotgun bbl and a 30 inch .38-55 Smooth Bore bbl. This set is photographed in John Campbell’s second Winchester Single Shot book and is the only set that I know of that is comprised of two different shot cartridge bbls. Overall gun is in exc cond with the 38-55 bbl retaining 98% bright shiny orig blue and an exc bore. The 20 Gauge bbl has a few very minor freckles from bad storage but still retains almost all the blue with an exc bore. Matching wood on the two forearms and buttstock are in exc cond with a very few light handling mars; complete with correct shotgun style buttplate. Receiver finish is probably about 75% with some flaking and toning on one side but still crisp and sharp with no signs of pits. Guaranteed all orig. 113,XXX serial number range-too high to get a Letter but on close examination by taking it apart, the inside work numbers match on both barrels.
